1101 Pacific Avenue is a 5-story condominium project built over a 1-story garage with 12 residential units. Richard Avelar & Associates was retained to investigate the cause of water intrusion and determine the extent of water damage. When the case settled in favor of the plaintiff, RA&A was hired by the HOA to prepare an Overall Repair Plan and prepare construction drawings and specifications. RA&A assisted the HOA in bidding and negotiations to select a reconstruction contractor and provided Construction Administration and Homeowner Representation Services.
