In 2000, Richard Avelar & Associates formed Reconstruction Services Company, a general contracting company, which specializes in remedial construction of residential and commercial projects. The company was formed to complement the work of Richard Avelar & Associates.

Reconstruction Services Company will undertake projects on a design/build basis to facilitate the reconstruction process after completion of litigation. Clients who have major deferred maintenance projects pending are also a good candidate for these design/build services.

Reconstruction Services is a natural extension of Richard Avelar & Associates as it combines the experience of its principals in all aspects of design and construction, with the specific expertise of the construction litigation and reconstruction arena.
