Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance services include plan review with comments that specifically address code compliance issues and areas that could be problematic resulting in water infiltration, and provide recommendations addressing these items. Also included are periodic site visits throughout the various phases of construction in order assure that the project in construction with the highest quality.
Independent Inspection Services
Many municipalities require Independent Inspection Services be included with each project requiring new waterproofing elements. Richard Avelar & Associates can provide the independent inspection services to review and verify the adequacy and compliance of the exterior wall assemblies pursuant to all cited codes and standards during installation, and submit reports to the design team for record.
